I am currently accepting all major insurance plans. In case of financial hardship, I do provide a fee reduction and /or payment plan. Services may be covered in full or in part by your insurance or employment benefit plan. Any questions regarding insurance are welcome .
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- What is my co-pay?
- Is approval required or pre authorization required?
Payment:
Cash and checks accepted. No credit cards.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
